Dr, Work and organizational psychology
Dr Anita Starzyk is Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior at NEOMA Business School and teaches Leadership and Organizational Development in the PGE and GBBA Programs. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Work Psychology from the University of Mannheim and worked as a Research Assistant at the Universities of Mannheim and Konstanz in Germany. She was also Visiting Fellow under the Lim Kim San Fellowship in Leadership at the Singapore Management University. Dr Starzyk uses quantitative and qualitative methods (i.e., daily and longitudinal surveys, interviews) to study employees' and managers' change-oriented voices and actions in organizations. Her research contributes to healthier, more inclusive, and sustainable workplaces and societies. She has published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Journal of Vocational Behavior. Dr Starzyk also received several research grants from German Universities and regional stakeholders.
