Tri Trinh is Assistant Professor in Finance at NEOMA Business School. At NEOMA, he teaches Corporate Finance, Capital Budgeting, and Financing. His research interests are in empirical corporate finance and hedge funds. He has published a paper in the Journal of Financial Research, which explores the effects of Hedge Fund Activists on Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. His research papers are have been accepted by several major conferences in finance and accounting including the Financial Management Association (FMA) Annual Conference, the European Accounting Association (EAA) Annual Conference, among others. He obtained his PhD in Finance at the Auburn University in 2019.
