
WALTRE Erik
PhD Candidate, Management, Human Resources
Erik joined NEOMA Business School as an Assistant professor in the People and Organisations department in September 2020. His main teaching interests are in psychology, organizational behavior and leadership. Erik did his doctoral training at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In his research, Erik aims to develop and test novel leadership interventions to achieve excellence in performance and wellbeing, with a primary focus on stressful and challenging situations. Erik has also been involved in several industrial research collaborations, and his leadership training has been implemented in several companies across countries and industries. Erik has presented his work at key conferences, such as the Academy of Management Annual meeting.
