Jun Xiao is an Assistant professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School, France. She is a PhD Candidate in Innovation Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands, and has been a visiting researcher at INSEAD, France. Jun’s research empirically focuses on new organizational forms (NOFs) such as Agile, Scrum, and start-up accelerators. She is particularly interested in how people strategise, innovate, and coordinate within these novel organizing structures. To do so, she adopts an organizational theory perspective and qualitative research methods. A former applied researcher, Jun is a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner who has worked in the regional and federal governments of Canada, and consulted with organizations such as ING, Swisscom, and Telenor.
