Hyejin (Elise) Yu is an Assistant Professor in the People & Organisations department at NEOMA Business School. She completed her PhD in Management at Oklahoma State University in 2023. Her main teaching interests are Cross Cultural Management, Human Resource Management, and Business Analytics. Her research is primarily centered around power, impression management, and diversity, with a specific focus on social class and gender. She is also interested in research methods, specializing in response surface and multilevel modeling. Her work has been presented at various international conferences, including the Academy of Management, Southern Management Association, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
