
YU Nadia-Yin
PhD, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
Nadia is an Assistant Professor of People and Organization department at NEOMA Business School in France. She obtained Ph.D. in management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017. She teaches Human Resources and Organization, Global Human Resource Management, Management and Human Resource Fundaments in both Bachelor and Master Programs. Her research specializes in organizational politics as a collective phenomenon and interpersonal or intrapersonal dynamics regarding individual initiative such as voice, creativity and innovation in the workplace. Nadia's research has been featured in Forbes, Academy of Management Annual Meeting Proceedings, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal. She has been affiliated with University of Maryland in 2014 and with University of Texas at Dallas in 2018 as a visiting scholar.
