The duration and format of the course have been optimised to fit in with participants’ professional schedule: 5 days, of which 2 days are in-person in the classroom. Group work is planned throughout the course.
Build a customer-centric UX
Learn to construct the ultimate customer experience by following the Design Thinking methodology: conduct a user study, define your target audience, their user journey, prototype and test your customer experience.
Set leveraged acquisition strategies (SEO/SEA/SMA)
Understand how the three most important media levers work and how to strategise around them: search engine optimisation, sponsored links and social networks. Audit the SEO of a website and set up a campaign on Facebook Ads.
Establish a customer loyalty creation strategy
Understand how to build customer loyalty via emailing. Build customer flows and an emailing package.
Develop a performance measurement strategy and make data-driven decisions
Learn how to set up the metrics to understand your users’ behaviour. Practice analysing data to make data-driven decisions.
Define a digital marketing strategy
Take a step back and learn how to define a digital marketing strategy to grow a business.
Participants are assessed in the following ways:
Group work (80% of the assessment)
Participants will have to put together a proposal for the marketing strategy of an existing brand. They will be assessed by the other groups and the course instructor. These marks will be averaged to form your assessment.
Individual work (20% of the assessment)
Participants will answer a multiple-choice test at the end of each training session to confirm mastery of the principal theoretical concepts.
At the end of the course and after validation of the assessment, participants will be awarded the certificate for block n° 2 “Business unit management and development manager” of the RNCP title N°34634 of level 6.
