The course is run by Virginie Girault and Frédéric Lainé.
Virginie Girault has 20 years’ experience in management at companies such as Volkswagen, Siemens, Borg Warner, Legrand, Faurecia and TI Automotive, and now runs her own company. She draws on her expertise in management and industrial purchasing. As a member of the NEOMA Executive Education team for six years, she is appreciated for her pragmatic and immersive approach.
Frédéric Lainé, Associate Director at PRODUCTIS since 2010, combines a corporate career with sales management positions in French and foreign groups. Frédéric is an Affiliate Professor at NEOMA Executive Education and excels in management, customer relations, negotiation and sales. An expert on issues that are crucial to customers, Frédéric is also co-author of two books: “Organisation des entreprises quels changements?” (Pearson, 2019) and “Audit & Performance” (Pearson, 2021).

The Executive Negotiation & Business Development Certificate is a skills block included in the General Management Programme (GMP).
The GMP is a 10-month course (three days a month) consisting of five skill blocks focused on positive leadership, innovation culture and managerial best practice. By joining the GMP, you can complete your Negotiation & Business Development Certificate to obtain the RNCP Level 6 qualification “Business Unit Management and Development Manager”.
