Teaching Faculty – Management Disciplines

Paris, Reims, Rouen

POSITION DESCRIPTION

NEOMA Business School is recruiting Teaching Faculty (permanent teaching-focused position) in the following management disciplines:

  • Strategy
  • Marketing
  • Luxury management and/or marketing
  • Quantitative methods
  • Artificial intelligence
  • Accounting

Teaching Faculty will be mainly responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across NEOMA’s programs (undergraduate and graduate programs), in French and/or English depending on the profile.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are seeking committed candidates with a strong interest in teaching and matching the following profile:

  • Master’s degree minimum (PhD preferred)
  • Significant professional and/or academic experience
  • High-quality teaching delivery, conveying knowledge with rigor and enthusiasm
  • Interest in pedagogy and pedagogical innovation
  • Collegial and proactive attitude
  • Ability to interact and build projects with corporate partners
  • Active contribution to the implementation of the school’s academic strategy
