International experience at the heart of NEOMA’s DNA

NEOMA: dedicated to international immersive learning

True to its international vision, NEOMA Business School has consistently championed a boldly immersive approach, offering students a rewarding intercultural experience both on campus and through partnerships with top-tier academic institutions.

Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA Business School

Here at NEOMA, we think that a global outlook isn’t just an advantage: it’s a necessity. In a world that is becoming more interconnected by the minute, we recognise the transformative power of diverse viewpoints and cultural exchange.

Our students are immersed in a vibrant, international learning environment that challenges them to think beyond borders, adjust to different cultural contexts and develop the flexibility needed to be leaders in a constantly-evolving global economy.

An international strategy based on immersive learning

NEOMA chooses to send only a handful of students on university exchange programmes to each partner. We avoid large cohorts since our goal is to give students an authentic intercultural experience.

A rich academic experience in all its diversity

We are keen for students on our international exchange programmes to have access to courses that complement NEOMA’s curriculum, including in disciplines that are not taught in traditional business schools.

A network that unites world-class institutions

The quality of our partnerships is of vital importance. NEOMA teams up with the most prestigious institutions with local and international reputations. By building a network of academic excellence, we guarantee our students enjoy a top-tier learning experience throughout their exchange programmes.

Tuning-in to students and geopolitics

Our approach is based on analysing patterns in student mobility so we can focus our strategy on the most high-demand regions and offer partnerships in the most popular destinations.

In an unstable world, we work at global level to ensure our international academic exchanges continue uninterrupted, and we are in constant dialogue with our academic partners across different continents. If one path is blocked, we have other options and can always count on the mutual support between institutions.

NEOMA Confucius Institute for Business

The NEOMA Confucius Institute for Business opened its doors in France in 2014 as the country’s first Confucius Institute dedicated specifically to business – and the seventh of its kind worldwide. It serves as a bridge between France and China and as a dedicated platform for strengthening economic ties between the two countries. As well as promoting Chinese language and culture, the Institute devises solutions to help companies grow their business in China. The NEOMA Confucius Institute for Business is certified by HANBAN, the official body that promotes the Chinese language and culture internationally. The Institute was born of a partnership between NEOMA Business School and the prestigious Nankai University in Tianjin, and it also receives support from the Haute-Normandie Region and the Rouen Normandy Metropolis.
