Become an actor in digital, environmental and societal transformation. Develop your managerial skills and improve your organisation’s performance.
Any active or career-transitioning professional looking to improve his or her management skills.
The General Management Programme is a certification-granting management programme over ten months, with three consecutive training days per month. It awards the RNCP Level 6 certification for a “Business Unit Management and Development Manager”.
The “Business Unit Management and Development Manager” is in charge of strategy, marketing and sales activities, as well as the management of financial and human resources for business unit he or she manages.
The manager supports his or her teams through change and societal transformation by embodying the company’s culture and values.
The General Management Programme is structured around five skill objectives to cover all roles within organisations.
CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT AND PROFESSIONAL THESIS
During the programme, participants test out their skills by managing an innovative project in a group setting. This approach is based on macro – and micro – environmental studies in which participants develop and deploy a project to resolve an intra/entrepreneurial issue. The General Management Programme is conducted using ‘blended learning’, a hybrid learning method combining in-person courses and e-learning.
Programme participants are assessed in the following ways:

• The programme is organised as a customised managerial programme for the managers at Crédit Agricole Nord-Est. Developing their skills and revealing their potential are the challenges for the employees in a group that is centred on satisfying its customers and developing its career paths.

In a banking environment undergoing fundamental change where physical-digital interfaces occupy an increasingly large space, managers are an essential link for uniting their teams and giving them direction based on a vision and collective project. NEOMA was able to respond to our needs by supporting our young managers in taking on in their positions at the company. The diversity of proposed modules helps support the wider culture of the banking and corporate worlds by offering a solid foundation for financial and strategic mechanisms.

• The programme is organised in a completely remote format on the Exceed platform for our customer Provale. It is intended for rugby players who want to prepare for their professional transition into the real estate sector.

Robins TCHALE WATCHOU
Director of Provale Formation
Since our mission is to assist players in the professional challenges they face in post-career phases, it was vital for us to choose a top-notch, dependable training organisation with a curriculum recognised on the professional market. In this way, NEOMA Business School and its expertise in the real estate sector responded perfectly to all of these criteria.

The General Management Programme (GMP) at NEOMA awards a Level 6 RNCP professional qualification (French National Register of Professional Certifications), which is recognised by the State and is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree (three or four years of post-secondary study) in the French classification system.
This certification can thus serve as a pathway (or 'bridge') to access certain higher-level education programmes, particularly via alternative entry routes (or 'advanced entry'), file reviews, or the Validation of Prior Experiential Learning (VAE), allowing candidates to join Master’s level courses (Level 7).
It may grant access to Specialised Masters (Mastères Spécialisés), certain MSc programmes, or Executive MBA programmes for profiles possessing solid managerial experience.
On a professional level, the RNCP qualification officially validates skills in management, business unit administration, and operational steering, facilitating access to supervisory/management positions or progression towards roles with greater responsibility.
Thus, the GMP constitutes both a recognised validation of managerial competencies and a lever for pursuing further academic or professional development.
