BISWAS Indranil

Indranil is an Associate Professor in the department of Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, and Decision Support at NEOMA Business School. He teaches Supply Chain Management, Lean Management, and International Procurement. Indranil's research focuses on supply chain coordination and inventory policies using Newsvendor framework. The results of Indranil’s research have been published in the European Journal of Operational Research, the International Journal of Production Economics, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Research, and Journal of Cleaner Production. He is an ad hoc reviewer for several journals, including the California Management Review. His co-authored cases have won numerous awards: ISB-IVEY Global Case Competition (2012), EFMD Case Writing Competition (Inclusive Business Models, 2013), and CEEMAN Case Writing Competition (2017). Prior to joining NEOMA, Indranil worked as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow, India. Indranil has also won a number of teaching awards in India.
