Martin C. Schleper is Professor of Supply Chain Management and Sustainability at NEOMA Business School. He received his PhD at the European Business School in Wiesbaden, Germany and worked at Nottingham University Business School and University of Sussex Business School, UK before joining NEOMA. Martin’s research investigates a variety of operational, sustainability, and ethical aspects in buyer-supplier relationships and global supply chains. His work has been published in top-tier journals, including Production and Operations Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Journal of Business Ethics, among others. Since January 2025, Martin is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Operations and Production Management. He also serves as editorial reviewer board member of various prestigious outlets. His teaching covers a variety of supply chain and sustainability courses at undergraduate, masters, and MBA level.
