Jean-Baptiste Suquet is Professor at Neoma Business School, where he teaches work and organisation studies from undergraduate to executive programs. His research revolves around the challenges and transformations of service work and customer relationship, considered especially through the micro aspects of interactive work practices and service encounters. He has substantially worked on customer deviant behaviour and how service workers and organizations cope with them. Since his Phd, he has dedicated himself to collaborative and action research, and has been involved in research projects with practitioners, such as RATP, AMARC or NQT. He has also coordinated Neoma BS’ participation to the European-funded project VISTA-AR. His work has been published in outlets such as Journal of Business Ethics, Human Relations and Human Resources Management.
