Barbara Giraud appointed Director of the MIM Program at NEOMA Business School

NEOMA Business School has announced the appointment of Barbara Giraud as Director of the Programme Grande École, effective from the start of the 2026 academic year. Previously Deputy Director of the PGE in charge of the Curriculum, she will now take on full leadership of the programme.

Barbara Giraud holds a PhD in nineteenth-century French literature and has built a career spanning almost twenty years in higher education, notably at leading British institutions (Saïd Business School, Imperial College London, Oxford Brookes University, among others). There she developed recognised expertise in programme management, the coordination of multicultural teams, quality assurance and the development of international partnerships.

"Barbara Giraud's profile, her deep understanding of the PGE and her experience in leading international programmes will be invaluable assets as we continue to develop our Programme Grande École," said Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA Business School.

"This programme stands out for the excellence of its teaching, a standard we intend to keep nurturing with Barbara Giraud in order to further enhance its reach and reputation," added Alexandre Pourchet, Deputy Dean for Programmes & International.

Barbara Giraud's remit will focus on three priorities: further strengthening the programme's academic and pedagogical standards in the age of AI, by evolving its content, learning methods and the diversity of its tracks; maintaining the close ties between the programme and the classes préparatoires; and pursuing its internationalisation and the development of its partnerships.

"It is an honour to take over the leadership of the Programme Grande École. I intend to carry out this role in a spirit of collaboration and openness, paying particular attention to the student experience in all its dimensions," said Barbara Giraud.
