NEOMA opens a recruitment office in Côte d’Ivoire

Already operating recruitment offices in India, Colombia and China, NEOMA is further strengthening its international strategy with the launch of a fourth recruitment office in Côte d’Ivoire. This new presence reflects the School’s commitment to getting closer to prospective students while building lasting ties with academic, business and institutional stakeholders in West Africa. The initiative is fully aligned with NEOMA’s strategic plan, Engage for the Future, which sets the objective of reaching 30% international students by 2027.

Strengthening the School’s footprint on the African continent

After China, India and Colombia, NEOMA is continuing its strategy of building proximity with prospective international students by opening a new recruitment office in sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, one of the continent’s key economic and educational hubs, this office marks NEOMA’s first establishment in the region. “The choice of Côte d’Ivoire was a natural one, given the strong mobility of African students towards France, the quality of the candidate pool, and its central geographic location, which makes it an ideal base to reach across the region,” explains Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA. “The School has long been involved in academic partnerships in Africa, particularly through exchange agreements with several institutions.”

A local presence to advise, promote and connect

The Abidjan office is intended to become a genuine hub for boosting the School’s visibility, supporting student recruitment, and maintaining close ties with alumni and current students in the region. It will enable NEOMA to gain in-depth understanding of local dynamics and adapt its actions to the cultural and linguistic specificities of each African country.

Having a local office strengthens our credibility and our ability to respond to the specific expectations of African candidates. It is a key step in furthering our momentum towards greater diversity of profiles and talents at NEOMA,” adds Delphine Manceau.

With this new opening, NEOMA now operates four international offices: Latin & North America, India, China and sub-Saharan Africa.
