Start of the 2025 Academic Year: NEOMA welcomes 23 new faculty members

Published on 12 September 2025

For the start of the 2025 academic year, NEOMA Business School is welcoming 23 new faculty members representing 17 nationalities. Their expertise, closely aligned with the School’s Areas of Excellence, will further strengthen NEOMA’s research momentum and broaden its impact. Their teaching commitment will also play a key role in enriching the learning experience of students across all programmes. Recruiting such high-level academic profiles reflects both the attractiveness of NEOMA’s strategic project and the growing recognition of its academic excellence in France and internationally.

All holding PhDs, and coming from leading international institutions such as IESE Business School (Spain), University of Maryland (United States), Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany) and Bayes Business School (United Kingdom), these new professors join all of NEOMA’s academic departments. The faculty now comprises more than 220 permanent members, representing 40 nationalities, with 50% women.“At the beginning of this new academic year, we are delighted to welcome these 23 new professors. Their backgrounds further strengthen our Faculty and its position on the international academic stage,” explains Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA Business School. “The quality, diversity and number of recruitments this year highlight NEOMA’s appeal and the strong interest generated by our strategic project.”

These recruitments support the School’s research excellence strategy, which is structured around four Areas of Excellence (The Future of Work, The World We WantThe Complexity Advantage, and AI, Data Science & Business).

“These new professors come from all over the world and are at different stages of their careers, with a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences and expertise in both teaching and research,” adds Serge da Motta Veiga, Associate Dean for Faculty and Research at NEOMA Business School. “We have selected profiles capable of combining innovative teaching with high-level research. With their expertise connected to our Areas of Excellence, these new professors will contribute to the development of research at NEOMA and to strengthening its impact on business and society as a whole.”
