NEOMA opens a telehealth kiosk on its Rouen campus

NEOMA Business School has entered a new phase in its student‑centric approach to well‑being: it has set up a TESSAN telehealth kiosk on the Rouen campus so that students can consult a doctor without leaving the School.
Accessing healthcare without having to travel: a practical solution to everyday needs
Juggling classes, projects, extracurricular activities and medical appointments: for a student, finding the time — and sometimes the courage — to see a doctor can easily turn into an obstacle. In an effort to overcome this stumbling block, NEOMA took the decision to install a TESSAN telehealth kiosk on its Rouen campus.
In practical terms, the kiosk — which has been up and running since early April 2026 — allows students to consult a doctor remotely, receive a diagnosis and, if needed, obtain a digital prescription… all in just a few minutes and without leaving the campus. The reasons students might use the kiosk span most routine health needs, from minor, short‑lived symptoms to sore throats, ear infections, colds, gastroenteritis and abdominal pain, as well as support for quitting smoking or completing paperwork that requires a doctor’s approval.
A service designed to be accessible to everyone
The kiosk is accessible during the health centre’s opening hours. Reserved for students, it is run under the supervision of the campus nursing team.
The only requirements are that students have a valid social security number, or a temporary number for international students — for whom this service represents a particularly valuable step forward, as it simplifies their administrative procedures. The TESSAN kiosk provides an easy‑to‑use, reassuring and supervised point of entry. But of course, it should not be used as a replacement for emergency services.
An initiative grounded in a broader strategic vision
“This kiosk meets a very real student need: being able to get access to medical care easily, quickly and in complete confidence. This fits in perfectly with our determination to make student well‑being central to the NEOMA experience,” explains Matthieu Lucas, director of student life.
The new kiosk illustrates the student‑centric approach NEOMA has been pursuing for several years: developing concrete solutions based on students’ real needs, whether in academic support, student life or, now, access to healthcare. At a time when the mental and physical health of young people is becoming a major societal issue, offering easy access to medical care at their place of study is a powerful statement.
NEOMA's Wellness Centre: dedicated to student well‑being
NEOMA’s Wellness Centre has been providing guidance and support to students for their physical and mental health since 2020. The School firmly believes that well‑being is essential to academic success, which is why it has set up a Wellness Centre on each of its three campuses — Reims, Rouen and Paris — with a nurse on each site.
A space to get answers to all your questions
Students can see a psychologist free of charge, especially during stressful periods before exams. In addition, the nurses have built a network of health partners in Paris, Reims and Rouen, enabling them to direct each student quickly to the appropriate professional.
An inclusive space
The Wellness Centre also serves as a place to address disability issues, where certain students can access academic accommodations or speak with the School’s disability officers. More broadly, the Centre works to promote diversity and inclusion, supported by a dedicated unit that combats all forms of violence, harassment and discrimination.
