Experiential learning is one of the teaching approaches developed by NEOMA, illustrated through the projects our professors and researchers have carried out with students.
Elise Berlinski, a research fellow at NEOMA, was keen for MSc Corporate Communication students to explore the dynamics of communities of influence, which they did by drawing on a research‑based method. Elise and student Wahida Ayari Msahli recount their experience together.
All of NEOMA's Sharing the Research Experience projects are underpinned by three principles: 1. They tackle a complex, contemporary research question; 2. They actively involve students in the research process; and 3. They share the results to inform public debate.

Elise BERLINSKI is assistant professor at Neoma Business School. Her research focuses on how algorithms modify decision making, control and coordination in physical organizations and online. Her research is interdisciplinary and draws on qualitative and mixed methods. Her works have been published i
