Recognition for TEMA’s academic quality and strategic positioning

NEOMA Business School is pleased to announce that its TEMA – Tech and Management – programme has been awarded Master’s‑level accreditation, with its authorisation renewed for a further five‑year term. This decision acknowledges the academic excellence of the five-year post-baccalaureate programme and the strength of its educational model. The assessment committee highlighted the programme’s strong research foundations, its outstanding faculty and the emphasis placed on international engagement and professional development throughout the course. The committee also commended the quality of the partner‑university network and the double-degree opportunities available in the final year with benchmark institutions such as CentraleSupélec, UC Berkeley and Deakin University. In addition, it noted the strong track record of graduate employment. “With TEMA, we made the deliberate choice from day one to offer a programme that combines management and technology. Master’s‑level accreditation boosts the visibility of TEMA’s distinctive positioning and serves as a clear signal of quality and academic rigour for prospective students and their families,” explains Alexandre Pourchet, Associate Dean for Programmes and International at NEOMA Business School.

TEMA: a trailblazing programme at the forefront of skills hybridisation

Originally conceived as a platform for driving digital transformation within organisations, TEMA has since evolved into a pioneering programme in skills hybridisation. It equips future managers with the capabilities needed to navigate complex environments at the crossroads of management, innovation, digital technology and high tech. The teaching model is grounded in experiential learning, built on learning by doing, hands-on projects and simulated professional situations, as well as continuous exposure to the challenges of digital technology, data and tech innovation. This approach aims to combine academic learning, operational expertise and the development of cross‑functional skills. “TEMA is constantly evolving as it prepares agile and creative managers for the digital and AI era. This official recognition confirms the value of the programme, which is now more than ever aligned with the expectations of employers,” notes Anne-Laure Hérard, who heads up the TEMA programme.

The accreditation aligns with NEOMA Business School’s broader strategy, which places academic excellence, skills hybridisation and international openness at the heart of its educational offering. It also underscores the School's strong standing in the five-year post-baccalaureate programme segment in an increasingly competitive landscape.
