Paul d’Argenlieu is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting Department at NEOMA Business School.

A graduate of NEOMA Business School (Reims campus, Class of 2014), Paul began his career in management consulting, where he has been advising organizations across a wide range of industries since 2014 on management control and finance function transformation projects. Alongside his consulting career, he has been teaching at the Rouen campus for the past five years, developing a pedagogical approach grounded in professional practice.

In 2025, he earned a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL. His doctoral dissertation, entitled From Motives to Outcomes: Explanation of Management Controllers' Persistently Challenging Role Identity Construction, examines the processes underlying the construction of management controllers' professional role identity.
