MÖNKEMEYER Marwin

Marwin Moenkemeyer is an Assistant Professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School. His research interests lie primarily in empirical corporate finance, where he examines the role of institutional investors in corporate governance. He also works on the implications of institutional ownership and investor networks for mergers and acquisitions, as well as firms' environmental and social conduct. Marwin holds a PhD in Finance and an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg.

Before joining NEOMA, he was a Research Associate in Empirical Finance at the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance. He is also an Honorary Research Associate at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and a Research Fellow at the Hamburg Financial Research Center.

He has held visiting positions at Northwestern University (Kellogg), the University of South Carolina and the University of Alberta.
