Soolim Park is Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School. She received her PhD from George Washington University and her BBA and MSc from Korea University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of strategic management and environmental sustainability in the context of negative events and family firms. She is particularly interested in how firms make strategic choices after experiencing negative events such as organizational misconduct or natural disasters. To answer this question, she studies firms' responses to natural disasters, climate change strategies, and corrective actions after organizational misconduct. Her dissertation was one of the top three finalists for the Best Dissertation Award of the Society for Business Ethics. Her work has been published in Organization & Environment, and she has presented her research at leading academic conferences, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, Strategic Management Society Annual Conference, and ARCS Annual Research Conference.
