VASILJEVIC Dimitri
PhD, Social Psychology
Dimitri Vasiljevic is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Negotiation at NEOMA Business School. He holds a PhD in social psychology from Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense and was a postdoctoral researcher at INSEAD. He is also a professional mediator, certified by IFOMENE (Institut Catholique de Paris).
His research examines how emotions, both felt and expressed, shape negotiation and group decision-making, as well as the growing role of artificial intelligence in negotiation processes. His work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the British Journal of Social Psychology.
He teaches negotiation and organizational behavior in the Grande École, CESEM, Global BBA, MSc, TEMA and Executive MBA programs. He has also given occasional sessions at the École de Guerre (French War College), the Institut national du service public (INSP) and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (Quai d'Orsay).
