A Summer in Paris
Why join this programme ?
Spend one to four weeks studying in the heart of Paris and build a truly personalised academic experience. A Summer in Paris is a flexible short programme designed for international students who want to deepen their business knowledge while discovering one of the world's most iconic cities.
Choose from four intensive one-week modules – join for just one week or stay for all four. Each course is taught in English by NEOMA faculty, combines face-to-face classes, case studies, company visits and interactive workshops, and is credited with 6 ECTS. With a minimum of one course and up to four available, the programme adapts to your academic calendar and your areas of interest.
All courses take place on NEOMA's Paris campus, located at 6 rue Vandrezanne in the 13th district.
What will you do?
- Objective: immerse yourself in key business disciplines through intensive one-week courses taught by NEOMA faculty, combining lectures, case studies, company visits, and interactive workshops.
- Participants: international students from partner universities, looking to broaden their academic and intercultural experience in Paris.
- Methodology: a mix of face-to-face classes, online asynchronous sessions, and external visits to companies and iconic Parisian institutions.

Curriculum
This short summer semester offers international students the opportunity to explore four key areas of business management through intensive one-week courses held in Paris. Students can join for one or all four weeks, building a personalised academic experience. Each course combines theoretical foundations with practical application through case studies, workshops, and visits to leading companies and Parisian institutions.
Course 1 – Cross-Cultural Management & Intercultural Communication
Explore how culture shapes management practices, communication styles, and workplace dynamics. Through case studies and interactive activities, students develop the skills to navigate and lead in diverse, multicultural environments.
Course 2 – Strategy & Sustainability
Understand how companies integrate sustainability into their business strategy. Using real-world cases from industries such as automotive, energy, and consumer goods, students learn to analyse sustainability challenges and design long-term strategic responses.
Course 3 – Luxury Marketing
Discover the unique rules of luxury brand management through the 4Ps of marketing. With case studies from Fashion, Champagne, Jewelry and Cars, and a visit to an iconic Parisian store or luxury expert, students gain a deep understanding of what makes luxury brands iconic.
Course 4 – International Finance: The European Perspective
Get hands-on with foreign exchange markets, asset allocation, risk management, and bonds. Using real financial data and tools, including Bloomberg and MS Excel, students develop practical analytical skills in international finance.
