Consultant ERP - Infor

Why did I choose the MSc Supply Chain and Digital Transformation at NEOMA?

Two main reasons motivated me: the course content, focused on current and concrete supply chain challenges, and the program’s reputation. I wanted to specialise in this field to pursue a future career in leadership roles such as Supply Chain Manager or Director. During the program, I especially appreciated the quality of the instructors, often professionals from the industry, and the practical case studies. A standout experience was preparing for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which helped me develop widely recognised methodological skills. My work-study at Asteelflash as an EMEA Supply Chain Analyst was a real springboard. I took part in diverse projects such as ERP migration, stock optimisation through digital solutions (VMI, EDI consignment), and software development in C# for stock management and planning. These tasks, covering a broad geographic scope (France, Germany, Poland, etc.), gave me an international perspective on supply chain and key skills in digitalisation. Writing my thesis on optimising the rare metals supply chain allowed me to connect technical challenges with environmental issues. After completing this MSc, I joined Infor’s graduate program as an ERP consultant, where I apply the skills gained during my studies—especially in supply chain management and digitalization. As a consultant, I support clients in implementing our ERP by helping optimise their business processes, particularly stock management, planning, and logistics flows. The MSc prepared me to deeply understand supply chain challenges and the digital tools needed to address them, enabling me to effectively support clients in their digital transformation. To sum up the impact of this MSc in one sentence: it gave me the tools necessary to turn my ambitions into a promising career in a field undergoing major digital transformation.
