What motivated you to join the Global EMBA program at NEOMA? Which skills or knowledge have you developed the most during the Global EMBA?

What motivated me to join the Global EMBA program at NEOMA was the school’s ranking in the Financial Times and other institutions, as well as the testimonials I received from certain alumni and from my acquaintances who had attended this school.

Thanks to this program, I was able to develop my leadership skills, team management abilities, financial analysis of a company through its financial statements, and corporate development strategy; it also broadened my mindset through International Learning Experiences (ILEs) and sharing experiences with other members of my cohort.

How have these learnings helped you in your current role and career?

This program allowed me to secure my role as General Manager of the company, define the company’s strategic direction, and implement a strategic development plan.

Which professional projects have you undertaken since graduating, and how did the Global EMBA help you with them?

I was able to prepare a presentation for a business unit, which resulted in obtaining project financing of approximately 20 million euros. The Global EMBA helped me better structure my presentation, improve my pitch, and respond more effectively to various questions.

I also increased our client portfolio by 40% while consolidating our existing achievements. The Global EMBA helped me develop my sense of boldness, and using the tools I learned, I was able to implement a growth plan that we continue to follow and adjust progressively.

What is the biggest lesson you take away from your Global EMBA journey, and how does it prepare you for the future?

The biggest lesson I take away is that everything is possible. The skills and tools to make an impact in our world are within us; we just need guidance to bring them out and make a difference. The Global EMBA remains one of the best tools to achieve this.
