What motivated you to join the NEOMA Global EMBA, and in which areas did you grow the most during the programme?  

I joined the Global EMBA at NEOMA to broaden my international perspective and strengthen my strategic leadership skills. During the programme, I developed the most in cross-cultural management, strategic thinking, and executive decision-making.

How have the skills you gained during the Global EMBA supported your performance in your current role?

These learnings have directly supported my current role by improving the way I lead teams, drive organizational alignment, and navigate complex business environments.

What key projects have you led since graduating, and how did the Global EMBA prepare you to manage them effectively?

Since graduating, I’ve led several key projects including independent power plant and new business development initiatives. The Global EMBA provided the framework and confidence needed to manage these projects effectively.

What is the most important lesson you took away from your Global EMBA journey, and how does it shape the way you approach future challenges?  

The most important lesson from my Global EMBA journey is the importance of continuous learning and adaptability. This mindset prepares me to take on future challenges with resilience and clarity
