Housing Offer

STEP 3.2

The NEOMA housing offer is provided to you by a partnership between our school and the CROUS, a public student residence provider. 

The advantages of living in one of the student residences proposed in our housing offer:

Proximity to the School (for most residences)
Help from NEOMA with any housing issues
Furnished rooms
Bed linen provided in certain residences
Included in the rent : water, electricity, wifi in certain residences
Laundry machines available in each building / neighbourhood
Guaranteed accommodation upon arrival in France!

A variety of studios is available for all budgets and preferences.

Please be aware that to reserve one of these rooms, full payment of each semester’s rent is required in advance. The first semester’s rent, including the deposit and the administrative fee (if applicable), must be paid before your arrival in France. Students who reserve a room for the full year (two semesters) will be required to pay the second semester’s rent in advance as well, before the end of the first semester.

Housing reservations through the NEOMA housing application are limited to 2 consecutive semesters.

A detailed housing offer will be sent to all newly admitted international students in time for the housing application, which takes places twice a year: in May and in November.
