Peter Harms - Professor at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business and Affiliated Professor at HEC Montreal.
His research focuses on the assessment and development of leadership, personality, and psychological well-being. He serves as editor of both Psychology of Leaders and Leadership and Research in Occupational Stress and Well-Being, as well as associate editor at Journal of Business and Psychology.

Alexandra Cook - Assistant Professor in Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam.
Her research focuses on health diversity in the workplace, particularly how chronic health conditions and invisible disabilities affect work and leadership. She is an editorial board member of Small Group Research.
Xiaotong (Janey) Zheng - Associate Professor in Leadership and OB at Durham University Business School. Her research focuses on relational leadership, identity and emotion. Her work has been published in key journals in the field, such as Journal of Organizational Behaviour, Journal of Vocational Behaviour, Journal of Business Ethics and European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.
Methodological workshop
Ingo Zettler – Professor in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, at the University of Copenhagen and part of the "Copenhagen Personality and Social Psychology (CoPSY)" research group.
His research focuses on counterproductive work behavior, dishonesty, giftedness, linking personality (traits) to various criteria, personality assessment, and the interplay between personality and situation in shaping behaviour.

To ensure practical impact, we will host a podcast on the conference theme, featuring Theresa Fehn, a practitioner from BlackBox/Open, a consulting firm specialising in evidence-based and agile organisational development, to bridge academic insights with real-world leadership challenges. The consulting firm is already running a series of podcasts which ensures broad distribution.
