During the last immersive weeks at École FAUCHON, the NEOMA Bachelor in Services Management students in the Gastronomy track created a menu that delighted some fifteen guests!
Only four months after starting their programme, the students in the Bachelor in Services Management – Gastronomy track, in partnership with Ecole FAUCHON, created, organised and served a bistronomic meal. They treated their guests at the Rouen-based restaurant So Rouen with a creative menu that combined seasonal and regional products
Camille, student in the Bachelor Gastronomy track, talked about this lunch. ‘I was delighted to have the chance to develop and prepare a menu. The guests enjoyed a well organised and delivered moment full of flavours. For us, it was a genuine and fulfilling hand-on experience. After four months of training, we were all very proud. Thank you École Fauchon and NEOMA for this opportunity’.
