Companies & students: Connections that make the difference

Published on 05/03/2026

Meetings with managers, career coaching, alumni masterclasses, company immersions and impact-driven projects: NEOMA is building ever-stronger bridges with the professional world, placing our students at the heart of real business environments and enhancing their long-term employability.

A lunch full of insight with Henkel

What better way to break the ice than over a relaxed lunch with a global leader? Students from the MSc Études & Décision Marketing enjoyed an exclusive lunch with the teams from Henkel. The session featured valuable recruitment tips from HR and a first-hand account from Emma Tong Cuong, Junior Brand Manager at Maison Verte and a graduate of the programme. “A great opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and start picturing their future careers,” noted Maud Poitrasson-Rivière, Corporate Relations Development Manager, who organised the event.

Standing out from the crowd: Pitch, networking and personal branding

In an increasingly competitive job market, preparation is key. During career coaching workshops organised by the Talent & Career teams for students from the MSc International Business Development et MSc Cultural & Creative Industries, Charles-Isaac Dunoyer, Managing Consultant at Michael Page, and Léa Klein, Cultural Mediation Officer at Omnia Culture, helped participants refine their pitch, optimise their LinkedIn presence and grow their professional networks.

The aim is clear: to help students express what makes them unique from the very first interaction, stand out to recruiters and secure their final-year internships.

Her expertise and passion for retail were highly appreciated by the students.

A truly inspiring session that once again highlights the strength of our alumni network.

Innovation & indulgence: visit at Mondelēz International

Students from the MS Masternova programme were welcomed to the Mondelēz International offices for a visit combining tastings with insightful discussions. It was the perfect opportunity to discover the group, its iconic brands and the career opportunities it offers to young talent.

The brand teams also explained how to align business ambitions with the practical realities of agricultural supply chains. A valuable immersion that helps students picture their future in the snack industry.

Partnership with BMW Group France: a third year focused on meaningful action

To mark the renewal of the partnership between the School and BMW Group France, students from the MSc Sustainability Transformations programme led “2tonnes” workshops for 50 company employees, raising awareness of climate issues and highlighting the most effective levers for action.

It was an intergenerational exchange—practical, forward-looking and firmly action-oriented. On LinkedIn, BMW Group France thanked our students “for the quality of the discussions and their collective energy.”
