NEOMA is tackling the challenge of AI at scale

Mastering artificial intelligence, understanding its limitations and making informed choices in an AI‑saturated world — these cross-cutting skills are becoming essential for every graduate. That is why NEOMA is integrating them into every student’s education, since AI should not be the sole preserve of specialists. The School’s goal is to ensure that AI is a collective endeavour within easy reach of all our students regardless of what they are studying: finance, marketing, management, law or creative disciplines.

NEOMA is investing heavily in developing AI

NEOMA was already embedding AI in its curriculum at a time when many institutions were only beginning to discover generative AI as ChatGPT emerged. Since 2020, the School has been fostering an AI culture among its students, faculty and professionals enrolled in its courses. As a result, over 12,000 people have already received training, and €15 million has been invested over three years. 

This head start is no accident. It reflects a clear strategic choice. AI is not a standalone module to be bolted onto the programme; it is a catalyst for transforming the entire School academically, pedagogically and organisationally. 

NEOMA is developing tools to empower its students 

The School has designed its own systems to cater for the concrete, day‑to‑day needs of its students:

• The NEMO chatbot responds to every student query. 
• The BRIO employability tool provides ultra‑personalised support to help students prepare for job interviews. 
• The AI toolkit helps everyone refine their prompts and contribute to a shared library that is accessible across the NEOMA community.
