NEOMA Business School’s Board of Directors has extended Michel‑Edouard Leclerc’s term as President for an additional four years, following the recent renewal of Delphine Manceau’s four‑year mandate as Dean. Together, they will continue NEOMA’s development strategy and strengthen its growth trajectory over the long term, working alongside the School’s governance bodies, including the Marne Ardennes and Rouen Métropole Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
“This role as President is an honour, and I will carry it out with the same energy, the same determination and the same satisfaction as during my previous terms,” says Leclerc. “NEOMA has enjoyed strong, dynamic growth for several years now, propelled by major structural initiatives. These projects include the soon‑to‑open Reims campus, the signing of new partnerships with leading companies, new alliances in France and internationally, advances in research and the roll-out of a large‑scale AI training plan for students, faculty and staff. In this same spirit, I remain fully committed to NEOMA with Delphine Manceau.”
“I would like to thank NEOMA’s Board of Directors for their support and their commitment to the School’s development,” declares Delphine Manceau. “I’m delighted to continue this work alongside Michel-Edouard Leclerc in a relationship built on trust and dialogue”.
NEOMA Business School, now at the midpoint of its 2023-2027 “Engage for the Future” strategic plan, is entering a phase of consolidation and forward planning. “This plan has helped build a structured, coherent development path in a rapidly shifting environment”, explains Manceau. “We’re now going to capitalise on the transformations already in motion so we can carry on innovating and solidify NEOMA’s attractiveness and positioning, serving students in France and worldwide.”
“Educating young people is essential for the competitiveness and long-range outlook of our country. NEOMA is moving into its next phase of growth with ambition, driven by large-scale projects and a clear priority: to train students who are open to the world, ensure their long‑term professional integration and support them so they become positive contributors to society”, concludes Michel-Edouard Leclerc.
