Structured around the GROW initiative, NEOMA’s Global Executive MBA develops the key capabilities to enhance self-awareness, build resilience, engage teams, and make decisions in complex environments.
The programme equips you with a comprehensive 360° strategic view of the organisation and enables you to apply your learning through hands-on projects addressing real business challenges.
Upon completion of the course and following validation of these four skill modules, you will be awarded the Level 7 Global Executive Master of Business Administration qualification, designated as a ‘Senior Executive’ qualification (RNCP entry no. 37645 in the National Register of Professional Qualifications/RNCP).

A cornerstone of the programme, the Capstone Project brings together participants’ collective expertise, professional experience and the knowledge acquired during the programme around a real-world project (an existing company, a non-profit organisation, or an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial initiative).
You work on strategic directions and development opportunities, directly connected to your own professional challenges.
Social Project
The Social Project enables you to design innovative solutions to real social challenges, leveraging digital tools while integrating both economic sustainability and measurable impact.
Consultancy Project (optional)
A strategic consulting assignment carried out for a partner company, addressing a real business challenge such as transformation, growth, innovation or performance.
Supervised by an expert, you analyse the situation, develop practical recommendations, and present them to senior decision-makers.
An immersive experience designed to strengthen your leadership posture and deliver tangible strategic impact.

The Global Executive MBA brings together internationally recognised faculty and experts, engaged both in academic research and in the most demanding management practices.

The Global Executive MBA develops 4 core competency areas
These competencies correspond to 4 RNCP-certified blocks.
They may be completed individually or as part of the full programme leading to the “Senior Executive” qualification.
Assessment methods in the Global EMBA
Competencies are assessed throughout the programme through:
- individual and group case studies
- applied assignments and reports
- managerial simulations and practical exercises
The successful completion of the programme also requires the submission and defence of the Capstone Project before a panel of experts.
