Director of IRIS (Institute for International and Strategic Relations)

Founder and Director of IRIS, Pascal Boniface also teaches at Université Paris 8 and heads La Revue internationale et stratégique as well as L’Année stratégique. Author or editor of more than sixty works on international relations, disarmament, and power dynamics, he regularly contributes to media outlets, conferences, and debates in France and abroad.
