A cornerstone of the programme, the Capstone Project brings together participants’ collective expertise, professional experience and the knowledge acquired during the programme around a real-world project (an existing company, a non-profit organisation, or an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial initiative).
You work on strategic directions and development opportunities, directly connected to your own professional challenges.
Social Project
The Social Project enables you to design innovative solutions to real social challenges, leveraging digital tools while integrating both economic sustainability and measurable impact.
Consultancy Project (optional)
A strategic consulting assignment carried out for a partner company, addressing a real business challenge such as transformation, growth, innovation or performance.
Supervised by an expert, you analyse the situation, develop practical recommendations, and present them to senior decision-makers.
An immersive experience designed to strengthen your leadership posture and deliver tangible strategic impact.
Choose your online intake between May and June
Mandatory: 1 in the Middle East, 1 in Europe and 1 in Africa.
Optional: you will choose between a seminar in Asia (ILE Innovation) or in Europe (Innovation Symposium).
You will benefit from exchanges with leading European academic partners, including Porto Business School and POLIMI, to broaden your perspective and develop your international network.
The Global EMBA Flex brings together internationally recognised faculty and experts, engaged both in academic research and in the most demanding management practices.
They teach at leading institutions such as Harvard Business School, MIT, Columbia Business School, Stanford University, Imperial College London, INSEAD, HEC and Surrey Business School, bringing rigorous analytical frameworks closely aligned with today’s organisational challenges.
The Global Executive MBA develops four core competency areas
- Designing and implementing strategy at the level of the organisation, a business unit or a functional area.
- Developing and steering financial decision-making to support the organisation’s overall strategic objectives.
- Identifying and deploying growth opportunities for new or existing activities, products or innovative services.
- Leading organisations, business units or functions, and managing people and teams effectively.
These competencies correspond to four RNCP-certified blocks.
They may be completed individually or as part of the full programme leading to the “Senior Executive” qualification.

Competencies are assessed throughout the programme through:
- individual and group case studies
- applied assignments and reports
- managerial simulations and practical exercises
The successful completion of the programme also requires the submission and defence of the Capstone Project before a panel of experts.

Entry requirements
- A Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 7 years’ professional experience
- English proficiency at B2 level (CEFR): test required
- Accepted tests: TOEIC or TOEFL (taken within the last 2 years)
- Exemptions: native English speakers and/or professionals who have been working in English for more than 5 years
We also offer the option to take an online English test aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
