Originally from Argentina, my professional journey has been quite unconventional. I initially studied journalism before transitioning into the technology sector and joining several tech companies.

When I moved to Paris, I realised I wanted to strengthen my academic background and give more structure to my professional path. That is when I decided to pursue an Executive MBA and discovered NEOMA.

The program marked a turning point in my career. Since completing the GEMBA, I have taken on greater responsibilities and now lead a global support team in a company specialising in product lifecycle management systems.

My role involves working with teams located in multiple countries, including the United States, Switzerland, Serbia, Italy and France. Managing such international teams requires a deep understanding of cultural differences and diverse ways of thinking.

One of the most valuable aspects of the GEMBA was precisely this international dimension. Our cohort brought together professionals from many different countries, each with their own perspectives and experiences. Learning to collaborate with them significantly strengthened my leadership skills.

For me, the program was truly life-changing. It broadened my perspective and helped me better understand how organisations make strategic decisions at a global level.
