About the Position
As Neoma Business School continues its trajectory of growth and academic innovation, we invite applications for a full-time Visiting Associate Professor (3 months) to join our Area of Excellence: The World We Want.
Neoma Business School is committed to educating responsible global business leaders through high-impact research, innovative pedagogy, and close collaboration with companies and institutional partners. The World We Want Area of Excellence focuses on research that contributes to a more inclusive, sustainable, and socially responsible world.
The visiting professor will benefit from a strong research support ecosystem, including:
- access to two experimental behavioral laboratories,
- grant development support, particularly for international and cross-border funding,
- editorial and publication support.
This position is based on the Rouen campus and is designed to foster research excellence, mentorship, and academic–industry dialogue.
Activity Plan
🔬 Research (70%)
- Lead 1 Paper Development Workshop for faculty
- Participate in a mentorship program for 4 junior faculty members, including:
- individual one-on-one mentoring sessions
- support for developing manuscripts targeting 4/5 journals*
- 6 mentoring sessions per junior faculty member
- Deliver 2 research seminars for faculty
- Deliver 1 research seminar for PhD students
- Contribute to research grant proposal development, with a particular focus on cross-border and European funding opportunities
📚 Teaching (10% – approximately 12 hours)
- Sustainability Seminar for the Programme Grande École (PGE)
- audience: 500+ students
- duration: 2.5 hours
- Sustainability Seminar for the MSc in Sustainability Transformations
- audience: ~25 students
- duration: 5 hours
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) module for the Global Bachelor of Business Administration (GBBA)
- audience: ~150 students
- duration: 4.5 hours
🌍 Service & Impact (20%)
- Organize 1 panel discussion bringing together academics and industry professionals, primarily from the Normandy region
- Organize 1 industry talk with regional corporate partners
- Deliver 1 masterclass for managers and Executive MBA participants
About the Candidates

- hold a PhD from an internationally recognized institution;
- demonstrate a strong commitment to impactful research, with an established publication record or clear potential to publish in top-tier international peer-reviewed journals;

- embrace innovative teaching approaches and are able to teach in English;
