Muriel Secondé-Naivin has taken up a post as Director of a château. To help her take up this new role, she decided to consolidate her management skills. She opted for the Global Executive MBA at NEOMA Executive Education.

“Not long ago I was Head of a communications agency that specialised in retail. Now I am in charge of the Château de Sacy, with the title of ‘Maître de Maison’, equivalent to the role of CEO. This means that, whatever the place and environment where I am working or interacting with a team, it’s not so much the place itself, but the opportunity that the place can offer. It’s that ability to adapt to every environment, whatever it may be, with passion, courage and conviction.”
