CERTA
Lydia Milly Certa is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. Her research focuses on responsible governance, political CSR, stakeholder engagement, and inclusion in multistakeholder decision-making processes aimed at addressing Grand Challenges such as climate change and sustainability transitions. She examines how organizations navigate stakeholder engagement failures, re-engagement strategies, and legitimacy-building in multistakeholder governance settings.
Recently, she worked on an ESRC-funded project on cultural entrepreneurship in the vegan meat market. Her research has been presented at leading academic conferences such as EGOS and the Academy of Management (AOM), and at prestigious PDWs such as the JMS 2024 PDW at Bayes Business School and the Centre for Sustainable Business PDW at King’s Business School (2025).
Lydia is part of several research centres and groups such as CSIM (University of Surrey), ETHOS (Bayes Business School), AOM ONE (communication team), and UNFCCC YOUNGO, and she is a Visiting Fellow at CoDE (University of Surrey). She is also part of the communication team of the Organization & Environment journal.
