Indranil Bose is Distinguished Professor and Head of the Area of Excellence in AI, Data Science and Business at NEOMA Business School. Dr. Bose is a globally renowned expert in Information Systems and has extensive teaching, research, and consulting experience in business analytics, Big Data, information security, financial technologies, and digital transformation. His degrees include BTech from IIT Kharagpur, MS from the University of Iowa, and MS and PhD from Purdue University. He has been a faculty member at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, University of Hong Kong, University of Florida, and the University of Texas at Arlington. He has published in MIS Quarterly, Journal of the MIS, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Operational Research, Information & Management, International Journal of Production Economics, etc. He is the winner of the EFMD 2017 case competition and has authored several teaching cases published by Harvard Business Publishing. He was ranked as the 29th most productive researcher in the world for publications in top-tier journals in Information Systems (2005-2014). He serves as Senior Editor of Decision Support Systems and Pacific Asia Journal of the AIS, and Associate Editor of Information & Management, Journal of the AIS, and Communications of the AIS.
