Lydia Milly Certa is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA BS. Her research specializes in responsible governance, political CSR, stakeholder engagement, and inclusion in multistakeholder decision-making processes aimed at addressing Grand Challenges such as climate change and sustainability transitions. She examines how organizations navigate stakeholder engagement failures, re-engagement strategies, and legitimacy-building in multi-stakeholder governance settings. Recently se also worked on a ESRC funded project on Cultural Entrepreneurship in the Vegan Meat Market. Her research has been presented at leading academic conferences such as EGOS and the Academy of Management (AOM), and prestigious PDWs such as JMS 2024 PDW at Bayes Business School and Centre for Sustainable Business PDW at King’s Business School (2025). Lydia is part of several research centres and groups such us CSIM and CoDE at University of Surrey; ETHOS at Bayes Business school, AOM ONE, UNFCCC YOUNGO.
