CHEN Yen-Tsang

Chen Yen-Tsang is an assistant professor at Neoma Business School. He is a mechanical engineer who received his PhD at Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/EAESP), in 2015. He worked more than 10 years as engineer, project coordinator and manager for companies specialized in railway transportation such as Alstom and Metro of Rio de Janeiro. Currently, he is the head of the MSc Management de Projet at Paris Campus and he teaches courses of Operations Management, Purchasing and Operations Research. Yen-Tsang’s research interests are behavioral operations, operations strategy, resilient supply chain and project management. Methodologically, he uses controlled experiments, discrete choice analysis and survey in his research, but not limited to it. From the results of his research, he had published in top journals such as IJOPM, IJPE, JCLP and conferences such as POMS, EUROMA and ICOSCM.
