D'LIMA
Rohan D’LIMA is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at NEOMA Business School. Since 2020, he has been Professor of Supply Chain Management at Oregon State University, with a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland. His main research examines how supply chain and operations experience in top management teams (TMTs) influences strategic sourcing and logistics decisions. This interest stems from his professional background in Germany, Canada, and India, where he held roles in supply chain consulting, healthcare demand management, and retail warehouse operations. Working closely with company leadership, he observed how managerial backgrounds shaped problem-solving approaches, which inspired his focus on leadership’s impact on strategy and performance.
