Aikaterini MANTHIOU is the Director of the Marketing Specialization for Apprentices, Full Professor (Ph.D., HDR) of Marketing at NEOMA Business School. She has several years of working experience in different industries such as hotel sector, banking and investment projects in China. Her primary research interests are tourism and hospitality marketing, ethical consumption and social media marketing for brands. Her research papers have been published in leading journals such as Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Electronic Markets, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Service Management, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing amongst others. Prof. Manthiou has also led several special issues for ranked academic journals and serves as a reviewer for multiple outlets.
