Leila ALPHONSE
Global Executive MBA 2026
Quality & Guest Experience Manager – Accor
Which skills have you developed the most throughout the Global EMBA programme?
I chose the Global EMBA for three main reasons: to strengthen my strategic skills, develop a global business perspective, and structure my entrepreneurial projects.
The program has greatly contributed to my growth, particularly in leadership, emotional intelligence, finance, and strategy. These areas have been key in advancing both my professional responsibilities and personal projects.
How do the learnings from the Global EMBA support you in your role and contribute to your career development?
The courses and practical exercises helped me develop a more confident, structured, and impact-oriented mindset.
Everything I’ve learned now supports my role in hospitality and the development of my entrepreneurial projects, particularly in e-commerce and customer experience. I make more informed decisions, analyze business challenges more effectively, and have gained confidence in my ability to lead projects.
Which professional projects have you undertaken since starting the Global EMBA program, and how has the Global EMBA helped you?
Since starting the program, I have launched several initiatives, including the creation of two companies, my current project Hedonia, as well as my consulting activity in customer experience and e-commerce. The Global EMBA clearly helped me clarify my business model, structure my marketing strategies, secure my financial decisions, and mobilize the right network to move forward.
What is the biggest lesson you take away from the Global EMBA, and how does it prepare you for the future?
This program taught me that there is always an opportunity if you know how to look beyond the obvious, and that mindset is often the key. I have become aware of the power of networks, the importance of diverse profiles, and the role curiosity plays in success. I now feel better equipped to scale my projects, seize new opportunities, and continue building a career that reflects who I am.
