GIGNON MARCONNET Isabelle

PhD, Management

 

Isabelle GIGNON-MARCONNET is an associate professor in Management Control. She holds a Master's degree from a business school (1982), a Master's degree in research (2000) and a PhD in Management Sciences (2012). She also received the Palmes Académiques in 2020. Her research work concerns budget, which is the subject of her thesis and an article published in Comptabilité, Contrôle, Audit.

Since her hiring at Neoma BS in 1988, she has created and coordinated many courses in management control, and designed a large number of course materials. At the same time, she was in charge of a department for 5 years and secretary of the Works Council for 3 years. Prior to her employment at the School, she had been involved in continuing education and in leading and supervising training courses for young people who were failing at school.
