This training course is designed for all professionals looking to improve their negotiation skills, particularly in the context of complex corporate environments.
Day 1
A scientific approach to emotion management in negotiation, led by a Doctor of Psychiatry (Saint Antoine University Hospital, Paris).
Day 2
Negotiation techniques in high-stress situations, led by an expert in complex negotiation (Specialised Unit, Paris).
Day 3
Negotiation and business development, led by experts in entrepreneurship and large-scale retail.
Day 4
Change management and steering financial performance.
Day 5
Geopolitic challenges, mediation, and international negotiation, in partnership with IRIS (Institute for International & Strategic Relations).
Note: The Sales Bootcamp Certificate is included within the Executive MSc in Business Development. This 10-month course is made up of four skills blocks, focusing on sales policy and negotiation with key accounts, complex high-level sales and the management of cross-functional project and sales teams. y joining the Executive Master, you can complete your Sales Bootcamp Certificate to obtain the RNCP level 7 Key Account Manager.
