The Executive Finance Certificate for Non-Financial Professionals is designed for any employee seeking to understand economic performance and its impact on their company’s growth strategy. This programme provides practical, actionable tools for analysing and communicating the key figures in financial documents.
Explore the main socio-economic issues in a complex world in transition, so that you can make the necessary strategic adjustments.
Get to the heart of the issue using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) derived from a company’s financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement). This information will allow you to communicate on the drivers of operational performance and the profitability of investments, while mapping the main sources of risk (liquidity and credit).
Identify the strategic choices for managing your business, investments and financing to create lasting value for all your stakeholders. Activate operational and financial levers to boost your company’s growth and competitiveness.
Understand the strategic fundamentals of management control to optimise margins, economic and financial performance and minimise risk. With dynamic, agile management, you can quickly adjust your strategy in response to economic, environmental and digital changes.
Master the budget process, including the key stages of planning, allocating financial resources, setting realistic financial targets and monitoring performance. This will enable you to assess a company’s stability and ability to achieve its long-term objectives, and to communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
